The team includes 16 nos. of staff at its office located in the center point of KTM valley at Bhatbhateni. It has one of the most experienced hardware team specialized in computer networks (LAN and WAN) in the country. Its networks support team comprises of highly skilled and qualified CNEs(certified Netware Engineers) and trained in MCSEs (Microsoft Certified Engineers). the engineers are trained & certified from Microsoft, CISCO & Printronix. HAving focused on post sales, RT provides services to its customers on time.
